Rothweiler Event Design specializes in one of a kind weddings and events that reflect the client’s personal style. We offer Full Service Planning and Design (our most popular package), Partial Planning and Design, and Consulting Hours.
Rothweiler Event Design does not offer “Day of” Coordination as we have found through the years that coming into the planning process at the end makes it impossible to give our clients the attention they deserve and everything they need.

Rothweiler Event Design couples have a minimum overall wedding budget of $80,000, with the average budget ranging between $100,000-$150,000. This budget range allows Rothweiler Event Design to deliver flawless and beautiful weddings for all of their clients.

Wedding and Event Planning Services
Full Service Planning
Pricing begins at $12,000*
*NYC, Philadelphia, Private Home Weddings, and Destination Weddings start at $14,000.
This package includes but is not limited to:
- Wedding planning timeline creation
- Developing and tracking the budget
- Venue scouting
- Transportation coordination for wedding party and guests
- Vendor recommendations and bookings
- Contract review
- Vendor management
- Creating a cohesive look and design
- Unlimited coordination time
- Coordinating accommodations and all hotel blocks
- Wedding favors and accessories
- Constant advice and consultation
- Assistance with ordering all invitations and stationery
- Full team present on wedding day to handle all logistics and run of show
Partial Planning
Pricing starts at $7,000
*Package begins 6 months prior to wedding date and venue, plus all major vendors must already be secured*
Partial Planning is for the couple who has started the wedding planning process but now they need a little (OK a lot of) help!
The couple has already booked their venue and a few key vendors but has another 6 months of planning to go.
This package includes:
- Creating the final wedding planning timeline
- Design assistance and pulling all of the elements together
- Unlimited pre-wedding consultations via Zoom
- Supplying the remaining vendor recommendations
- Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
- Day of coordination services with team
Consulting Hours
For the couple that is handling all of the wedding planning but wants the help of a professional wedding planner from time to time…this is the perfect option!
